Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All food items are final once shipped. We are unable to restock or resell consumable goods for health and safety reasons.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dosweetstx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.


Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and is approved after review. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
